In April A.O.T. Japan Ltd established a
sales representation in Osaka and Nagoya.

In February, A.O.T. Gulf Ltd., Houston TX
commenced operation. Houston is an important location for handling oilfield equipment and parts. It is also a
gateway for project cargo shipped by sea to worldwide destinations.

AOT head office in Chicago moved to
a 80,000sqft facility providing bonded container loading / unloading as well as short / long term
warehousing.

AOT expands its agents network into
Central and South America.

AOT established an affiliate company
under the name of A.O.T. Freight Ltd. specializing in Japanese traffics.

AOT established the second branch office
in Long Island, NY near JFK airport under the name of A.O.T. Atlantic Ltd.
AOT joined FANA (Forwarding Agencies Network Association) a network of small
forwarders registered in Hong Kong. Through FANA the network of AOT expanded
to 26 offices throughout Asia, Africa, Austalia/New Zealand and Europe.

name of AOT Air Transport.

Angeles under the name of A.O.T. Pacific Ltd.
Later in the same year A.O.T. Japan Ltd. was incorporated and become fully operational.
